The objective of the current study is to analyze secondary cosmic rays time series observed by the Southern Space Observatory ground-based Multidirectional Muons Detector Prototype MMDP (installed at the South of Brazil, 29.4° S, 53.8° W, 480 m a.s.l.). It is intended to investigate the interaction between cosmic rays (>50 GeV) and the Earth, besides the effects caused in that particles by the Solar Wind variability, through periodicities obtained in MMDP time series. The Time Series Iterative Regression Analysis (ARIST) has been used to search those periodicities. Some typical and atypical results have already been obtained, like variation of the order of 27 days of cosmic rays related to the mean solar rotation period and another of 13 days, which associated phenomena are still under study. Wavelets method will be used to verify the temporal evolution of the periodicities and amplitudes found. %@mirrorrepository sid.inpe.br/mtc-m19@80/2009/08.21.17.02.53 %T Spectral analyses applied to muon data time series %@secondarytype PRE CI %K Multidirectional Muons Detector Prototype. %8 5 A 10 april %@usergroup administrator %@usergroup ana.silveira %@group DGE-CEA-INPE-MCT-BR %@group DGE-CEA-INPE-MCT-BR %@group CRS-CCR-INPE-MCT-BR %@group CRS-CCR-INPE-MCT-BR %@group %@group DGE-CEA-INPE-MCT-BR %2 sid.inpe.br/mtc-m19/2012/01.24.11.08.47 %@affiliation Instituto Nacional de Pesquisas Espaciais (INPE) %@affiliation Instituto Nacional de Pesquisas Espaciais (INPE) %@affiliation Instituto Nacional de Pesquisas Espaciais (INPE) %@affiliation Instituto Nacional de Pesquisas Espaciais (INPE) %@affiliation University of Vale do Paraíba, São José dos Campos, SP, Brasil. %@affiliation Instituto Nacional de Pesquisas Espaciais (INPE) %4 sid.inpe.br/mtc-m19/2012/01.24.11.08 %@documentstage not transferred %D 2011 %A Vieira, Lucas Ramos, %A Dal Lago, Alisson, %A Rigozzo, Nivaor Rodolfo, %A Schuch, Nelson Jorge, %A Silva, Mauricio Ricardo da, %A Braga, Carlos Roberto, %C Puntarenas, Costa rica %@area CEA
