In this context, we propose a heuristic to solve a continuous case of the BAP. This heuristic is based on the application of the Clustering Search (CS) method with the Simulated Annealing (SA) metaheuristic. The results obtained by CS are compared to other methods found in the literature and its competitiveness is verified. %@versiontype publisher %@electronicmailaddress rudmart@gmail.com %@electronicmailaddress mauri@cca.ufes.br %@electronicmailaddress lorena@lac.inpe.br %@area COMP %@archivingpolicy denypublisher denyfinaldraft12 %K continuous Berth Allocation Problem, clustering search, simulated annealing, metaheuristics. %@e-mailaddress marcelo.pazos@inpe.br %@documentstage not transferred %@group %@group %@group LAC-CTE-INPE-MCTI-GOV-BR %@issn 0302-9743 %@dissemination WEBSCI; PORTALCAPES; COMPENDEX. %P 49-62 %A Oliveira, Rudinei Martins de, %A Mauri, Geraldo Regis, %A Lorena, Luiz Antonio Nogueira, %@secondarytype PRE PI %2 sid.inpe.br/mtc-m19/2013/02.26.13.57.32 %B Lecture Notes in Computer Science
